quotation radius/diameter holes

Good morning to all,
I have a small big problem with the listing of holes, I don't know if for wrong settings or anything.
When I go to quote a hole, I create as default the radius, which I can change in diameter once the quota is placed through the drop-down menu that appears below.
but I can only do this the first time when I placed the quota, then I can not do it anymore. It's nonsense, but annoying though. If I change a particular, and when I put it to the table, the quota fails, when I go to restore it, it automatically converts me into a radius and I can no longer change it.
I'm wrong? Is it a cult problem? Is that how it works?

just double-click the circle and go directly to the diameter, single click and you have the radius.

If you double-click the edge of the circle, it should give you the diameter quota, with a single click, that of the radius.
