quotation with creo 4

Bye to all,
during the quotation of harvests at the table, I create 4 m030, it happens that once the quota is fixed, the drawing disappears.
to make it recomparison you have to act on the mouse zoom, and sometimes sends everything to the ball.

Has anyone found this problem?? ?

fixed in the sense that, after I touched the 2 lines, I click on the mouse to place it.........

understood, it seems to me a typical problem of video drivers (not necessarily are the video drivers to give problems, but the version of creo), you tried with other versions if this happened to you?

We used creo 2 before, and especially on part 2d, we had fewer problems. always considering the fact that quotation has always been a weak point of creo and before pro-e.
in fact I expected the new release, to see if the problem is due to the network or software. is certainly not related to the ws, since we have more licenses on different ws, and all present in different timing, the same problem.

Sincerely in 14 years of pro-e/cree, I have never had any problems of this kind, without having found the reason for the specific problem.
a case similar to yours, it happened to me with wildfire 1 (in 2005) and with video card ati (but this was the least of the problems here because I remember again!) and in fact it was solved with different drivers (among others not certified).
I suggest you try different video drivers, maybe the version right after the currents you have and proceed for version step.

We have never had problems of this kind, 10 years that we use first pro-e and then I create .... the problem I don't think is of video card driver, since we use creo on different ws with different video cards, and different videos, and on all we meet the problem.

we opened the ptc signal, now we wait and see. the installer has not been able to solve the problem.
