taking as reference the image I posted here:I wanted to ask you if it was possible to quote that thickness immediately after the diameter of the inner hole (phi 25mm )quota in half quota.
I understand better, to quote that hyphen, technically, is a mistake (it is a university project) and unfortunately I cannot quote that diameter (which is theoretically 25 + (3.5*2) = 32mm )

using the snap to the point and selecting the edge and the simm axis. I quote (of course) 16mm.Do I have to create another axis at 32mm bypassing the problem?

You can do it. you must quote by selecting the horizontal line of diameter 25 and then the edge you want. then you can choose to quota vertical, horizontal etc..
