quote polylinee

Bye to all,
I would have the need to quote level curves (object type: polylinea) at the beginning and at the end with the quota. Does anyone know how to do it?
the various polylines have a different layer whose name is precisely the quota to put. How can you do that? I don't want to do this by hand :frown:

I know this method I: fielded/object/layer (the quota corresponds to the name of the layer) but I put a lot of time. ideas?
