quote vs ucs

Hello, everyone! a question about a "problem" that is hammering me... when an object is listed, the quotas are drawn according to current ucs. if I change ucs (type from north put east), the current and copious and rough quotas made before obviously do not draw me right turns but fools.
Is there a lisp that can associate my quotas with the current uct, so that they are drawn correct?
I don't want to create additional blocks because I work only with those.. .

try my "giraquota": clicking on a quota rotates the 180° text... I don't know if that's what you meant.
