radial extrusion

hello to all, do not fucilatemi semmai there was already a similar discussion but I searched long and wide without outcome: I found only something for solidworks.

made this premise I wanted to know if there is a way to extrude a written radially to the surface on which the writing is wrapped.

I would like the writing wrapped on the curved surface to be radially extruded.

I press the offset function (with surface radial surfaces) does not work.
I have not yet understood when it works....sometimes it does and sometimes not (especially when it comes to writing), but nevertheless I do not think it would be the suitable function because it would not extrude a curve wrapped but a projection.

solved....in the end I managed to find an open discussion that solves a similar case in a slightly more Moroccan way but at least solves it:
