Good evening to all,
I compare the warning that I attach when I apply the custom bending tolerance limit, using the thickness table and then defining the k according to the values of the gauge table, to a bending of the edge of a particular sheet.

What could be? the gauge table is always the same and in the past has never given me this warning.

exactly what he says in the error: as for the inserted radius value has not been found a match in your gauge table, for the sheet thickness you are using (precisely says it exceeds it, so it says you have imposed a high beam to a low thickness, for which ratio value is not contained in your gauge table) then the fold is made using the factor k, precisely that set by default.

@smirro thank you for the answer in the meantime.

I gave you an example on a very simple detail having sp.1mm. in the photo see that it is selected as a bending radius 1mm and in the gauge table (you find it attached) that I currently use radius 1 is present.

I had this kind of problem, too. the problem is not solidworks but is the table file. the file intended as problems of "access, privacy win dows" ste robe here. I had these rumbles in the previous company that had a poor computer system.

try to make a new excel file and also try to do it in a different pc than where you work with solidworks.

try also with xlsx file format that you never know, although it is better old format.

Thank you. @mawell, I tried to save the gauge file for excel 97-2003 versions and it would seem to work. in case the error is resumed. Good weekend
