I'm afraid if you ask this question before you can pull a decent separate, you'll have a lot of things to fix.

the distinct base takes the information from the assieme to which it refers (primarily for the quantities) and the parts/axis contained therein, the drawings have nothing to do with... to do so just open the axieme, then "different components", select the columns that interest you and then expose in the format you want (usually excel), there is no need to create a design first.
