good morning kindly I would like an information regarding the quotation of a threaded component; in particular I would like to know how it is possible to quote on the table, a hole on which a real thread (not cosmetic) was made?

but is it correct to do this? for regulations, a hole, should not be listed as in the photo? to make this type of quotation, do I have to make a cosmetic thread?
