Hello everyone, I use a version of revit architecture 2015, and I have the following problem: when I connect a family to my project, in the realistic visualization style comes out all gray, even in the smallest details, for example by downloading a bim object from a site, type wall equipped, I put it in my revit file and in the realistic style comes out all gray....this also happens to me using the sketchup to revit plug-in.... I wonder if you have to show up like this, or there is a way to see how.

depends on how the family is made. Usually this happens just when it amounts dwg or skp in a revit family

here I have attached two screens.... those all gray are imported from sketchup plug in and from site bim object.... others that you see well are taken from the file example revit 2015

I understand. I have to check that the material is associated with a texture or I have to download it personally. ...I thought that the loading was automatic, that is, once the family was downloaded also the relative texture... seen that from any preview of the site loaded it.... then at this point it is not even convenient to use the plug-in sketchup because from them it is not even possible to change the family
