realization without end screw reducer and helical wheel

Hello everyone,

I am at the first weapons with the cad inventor and I do not know exactly how to start in the realization of the toothed wheel and the screw and I must deliver the whole within Monday 13/05/2013.
Can any of you give me any advice? ? ? ?

advice 1: good standard to be presented in the section
advice 2: in the design accelerator 2013 (rebbon design) there is precisely the possibility to create the screw couple without end/ruota dentata, in the previous versions I do not remember precisely.

in the first post there is in beautiful endless screw reducer and helical wheel with beautiful designs to be able to reproduce.
if someone wanted to use it to make calculations and sizing exercises we can apply 20kw to 1800rpm incoming and verify it for 10000 hours. service factor ka=1. intermittent service 25%.
