recall property of an external file in a drawing

Good morning, everyone.
suppose we have the b.ipt part which is the mirrored part of the a.ipt.
within the design of piece b, file b.idw, my client would want there to be a written
of the type: "particular mirrored, for odds and missing tolerances refer to code a".

you can do by recalling the "filename" property of the part a or should I insert a hand annotation?
