reconvert .ipt files to .iam

hello to all, I have to work on a .ipt file that was once a set, I need to isolate parts but obviously I can't do it if I don't make any conversions to identify the various components (the ones in the menu on the left), now it displays a single block, someone can help me?
I've already tried to find something like this, but no one has my own problem. I press that I am not an inventor's "monster" so if someone thinks I'm answering it forgiving me. . .

if your .ipt is composed of more solids, you just manage-> create part and recreate piece by piece the various components choosing one or more solid at a time.
