rectangle sides

Hello, everyone!
I ask you a help to solve a problem that has created me with inv 2014.
when in sketch design a rectangle this no longer has the perpendicularity between the sides and the horizontal/vertical bond.

Can you tell me if there's any setting?

Yes.
in the settings/sketch
at the top right you should have the priority of constraints and you can choose between parallel/perpendicular and horizontal/vertical
