redefined nested blocks

when amount of nested blocks on other design, practically those with the same name, does not redefine them.
is it possible to make here blocks that amount (with the same name) not "become" like those already present?
I read from somewhere in the expert variable setting, but nothing changes to me.. .
Once it seems to me a warning would come out if you wanted to redefine or not the block, now no.

come new name insert a prefix more asterisk, example: "old*" and then press the renamed button.
