but if the .ipt file of the object is the same if I change the from "default" to "refer" in all the assemblies where it is mounted becomes "referral"

No.
becomes permanent if you change in reference from separate components.
if you change it from the axieme browser with dx -> distinct structure components "reference" is such only in the context where the option is selected and not inherited in other axiemes.
at least you do not copy glue part/axis between assemblies
