reference plan changes green- red color

I tell you immediately my problem: I have an axieme composed of various parts; each of these has within its own reference plans.

It happens that one of these planes (which I use for the positioning of the part) changes color according to how the general view of the axieme orients: it passes from green to red...as if it highlights the orientation. . .

Does anyone know what that means?
