Hello communities, I wonder if the topic has already been dealt with.
I work with inventor suite 2009, and I ask: if I apply to my part a mirroring material, in the reflection the image of the parking of a supposed company with parking cars; how to change such image in reflection?
excuse the banality, and thank you for your help.
Marco:rolleyes:

tools -> application options -> color tab, low area "reflection environment". from there you load the .dds file that best suits you:). I prefer chrome.dds (I seem to have downloaded it years ago, I don't know if there is default, if there is no telling me that I place it) because it is the lightest in terms of kb and makes the rilessi type light studio a little blurry very beautiful.. .

I remember that there was chrome.dds already in the prorpio program since 2009. in 2010 it is also set as default.

thank you guys for your help.. .
work with 2009 and chrome.dds is by default.
Now I try to see if with photoshop you can export other images, maybe of the type photomerge with extension dds, I think they are okay, the parking.dds of inventor is done so it seems.
Thanks again

photomerge in ps does other, dds are "ambient" to 360° not obtainable through ps that I know.

sure you can do them with 3ds max...

there is a plugin for ps that import and export dds.
photomerge to create unique images from large gradations: I realize it's not the best, but it comes back.
Thank you
