empty lines puts them because the minimum number of repetitions is set greater than "zero", so if set "zero" should eliminate the lines.

Since I see you prepared :d, is there any way to "compact" manually one or more sub-assembly in the table?
in the sense: I have all my bom as in the image above, but for example the pa0191 compact it without showing the components, while the pa0198 remains "expanded"

I have knowledge up to creo 3.0 and the tables you do or completely nested, or at the first level, intermediate routes, you can only do through multiple dedicated tables, so on one table, the answer to your question is no.

I found the classic casereccio remedy:- in the 3d main asm I made "create new component - subassieme - vacuum" denoting it pa0191_lev1
- I dragged the pa0191 into pa0191_lev1

the table has regenerated by no longer seeing the components of pa0191 as it is set to show only the main level and the first sublevel, excluding the sub-levels
