Hello everyone! I started using catia for aeromodellistic purposes. I read tutorials here and there so you have the basics to be able to move on. I ask you a question that will be of simple answer to you, but I, being a novice more than a beginner, can't solve. in an assembly if I make paste copy of a part happens that at the time when I change the original part from which I copied the others, they change all the glued parts. This can be undoubtedly convenient but for my purpose I would like it not to happen. in particular you can see in figure a series of centines, the first centine (the one with the arrow) and that I would like to change without changing the others. how can I delete this "link" that is generated when I make copy/paste?
Thank you so much!

sebastian

you have to create a part derived from the existing one by saving it by name (of the simgola part) and activating the tick under the box of the shutter "as new document".
reopen the file and change the ninth also in the file property panel with the strsso file name.
delete the old part in your set and echo the new one.
