Good morning to all,
for a new job it has proceeded with a methodology of relief a little different from what we were accustomed, it has folded on relief with laser scanner.
the extension of the relief exceeds 30 mt.
I would like to know if someone has already had experience in this matter and what could be the most sensible methodology to proceed.
who made the relief saw the cloud of points (autocad environment 3d) and recalcated the contours with polylines.
I thought of designing in solidworks without inserting the relief, I would have exported everything in step or in dwg and superimposed on the dwg of the relief (the polylines of which it is composed were distributed on specific layers so as to facilitate its interpretation).
clearly if there was a way to insert the relief directly into solidworks with selectable solid entities would be better for me.
Thank you.

n.b.: I have seen that there are discussions on the subject but I have not been able to find answers I am looking for.
