remote design with zoom all

Hi.
I happen often, with autocad 2023, zooming everything, that the design moves very far away in the model becoming a dot. so I have to shake again with the mouse wheel to bring the design back to the correct view. I checked if there are hidden elements or far from the design but there are no, I run the _purge command by eliminating everything that is not needed, but the problem remains. even if I copy and take off the design in a new tab I can not solve. Can you help me?

you have 5 pdf submitted (straintly not visible on the xrif palette nor on model space) on the logo layer. freeze the logo layer or delete the pdf and you will see that you will solve
