rename blocks with autocad 2010

It seems impossible to me that in cad 2010 when I issued the block at the local then save me not to save the block with a different name! so I hold the original block. . .

If you issue it with the block editor you can save it with another name if you use modrif no!

saving it by name is one thing (in this case the procedure is the one indicated by tristan, creating a copy with other name), rename it another.
There's the command renamed for that.
or the lisp rb di gp. which is much more practical to quickly rename the blocks.
