rendering: col printscreen sono + belle??!!

solid 2011 sp3.
every tnato exalted me with the fantastic rendering.
I noticed that after the final rendering I have 2 windows, one with "save image" and the other colo with "pause" and "azzera".
if except the image with image saving is less than what I see in the window with "pause" and "azzera". in this last window, however, the key is missing and there is also a drop-down menu to save the result.
I get to make a print screen that is still + beautiful than the one saved with the right button.
Where am I wrong?

look at the attached image. you have to use the right panel, not the preview to save a render.

from me is exactly the opposite!
if you finish the rendering you will have the highest quality sx image (details) than that of dx.
That was the weird thing, I expected you to use the "Save Image" button to save the correct one.

If you leave time and have good hardware and configurations are the basic ones you will get the same quality in the two windows. instead if in that to render it is "weight" means that you used very low parameters of quality.

but did you correctly set rendering settings?
you know that the image resolution can be set differently for preview and final image.
