No, it's not possible. but you can get what you want by simply doing an offset of the surface in question. A couple of cents are enough, as long as the two sups don't overlap.
to the newly created surface you will give all the properties. When you make the rendering, the two-cent stair will not be seen at all. :smile:

In the meantime, thank you... I do so, but I have to work on presentations and the details in question have various modifications like that, so and a little bit shimmering...
