proceeding from self-taught I came across yet another problem with revit 2010.
The questions are 2:

1.
I should make a wall with "gelosie" as from photo in example formed by a brick hand. in the back part will be placed a fixed window towards the inside of the building.

2.
the building will be completely covered by external coat, on which will be reproduced false masonry columns as from photo. the false columns will also be placed at the four edges of the building and will have wider base up to a height of about 1 meter. the same width will be reproduced in top near the covered in wood.

I don't know where to start. You could give me some indication, please.

1) For jealousy you need to work with a family of blanks with a wall host, or with an empty space in the place wall. you can also edit all mute with blanks in edit mode
the window can be performed with the continuous facades

2) the false columns:
a) appropriate thickness ad hoc pillars
b) masonry traits
