reological curved availability

I am trying to implement a method of calculation that allows us to dimension with relative safety the ducts for extrusion equipment.
I would like to do so by matching the load losses, so I would like to calculate the delta p of the various sections.
to do so I should have available the cutting effort of the material, given detectable by the rheological curves of the material itself.
and here comes the problem, the rheological curves are practically introvable.
Does anyone know where to find them? also buying them, possibly.
