Good evening,
I have the need to change to a huge amount of parts the sheet rule as from now on the machines are produced as well as in galvanized sheet also in stainless steel. So I make the copy of the assemblies and parts and to avoid opening hundreds of files and manually changing the rule , I wanted to find a semi automatic method, a bit as from the separate of together changing the material to all parts , you have to select one to one (if the material is different) but from a list.
I don't know if I could explain myself

Perhaps it is possible to do so with an ilogic rule, i.e. change the material from galvanized sheet to stainless steel with the disposition of the axieme, then it would take a rule that when finding the material "stainless sheet" replaces the galvanized sheet rule with a stainless steel plate rule, previously created obviously according to the thickness that reads in the part.

But I don't know how to do it or whether it's possible.

ilogic rule to replace the sheet metal rule in the sheet metal parts present in a set.

It is necessary, for large assemblies, to prepare a list of pieces to change because the selection must be made either by the graphic area or by the tree and for large assemblies may not be so immediate if the files to be edited are many (as in my case) , but by printing a distinct part and highlighting the parts to be edited is very fast as process.
