replacement quotas table model

good morning to all, my name is luca and I am learning/using solidworks for the realization of automatic machines. I'm finding a problem at work during the "model replacement" of a table. the quotas are practically not changed, remain those of the previous part. I tried to search in the various options but I can't find anything that solves the problem. p.s. I tried with a sw2019 demo from home and it works perfectly. Can you help me?

Did you do it at home on the same design and models?
the replacement of the models preview that these two are one coming from the other?
if instead of replacing template do change the reference (see procedure below) the problem persists?
procedure for replacing drawing references:
menu file>apri
select the design
at the bottom right there is the reference button>select it
opens the reference card
double click on the name to replace and give replacement reference
open the drawing

[AGGIORNAMENTO]I just realized that the odds that do not change are the different ones. so only the ones that are the same as the model that I go to replace. nothing of fact unfortunately

at home I used the same models and the command works well. l two pieces are identical except for the size (two perforated circular crowns).
I just tried the reference change as recommended by you and, not selecting anything in the list "undeleted elements" before opening, it works pretty well. There remains some wrong share but, for the most part, the systems all. You gave me a great help.
