rescue conversion dwg autocad

Good morning.
I wanted to ask you if there is a possibility to save .idw files in .dwg files while maintaining the structure of the parts? in the past I had the opportunity to export files from me10 to autocad and actually kept intact the browser of the parts. probably there is a macro, application, autodesk customization to carry out the operation also by inventor? ? ?

maybe the browser with the job list.
it seems to me that such a browser could be done with the desktop mechanical; and maybe then a rescue from .idw to .dwg x desktop ..
or perhaps the material list of a set, but that definitely comes out ok with conversion. . .

me10 is a 2d working for parts. Mechanical is a 2d that until some version ago could make the distinct components using the references part, but from some version can work him for parts, that is you can create a structure on the browser just like that of inventor.
from an idw you can get a dwg with distinct reference based part (just save as dwg and in options select "mechanical"), but I don't think it can automatically recreate the structure.
