[research software] prog. hvac and piping 3d

I look for software for design and sizing of air ducts, and thermotechnical plants therefore possibly also piping.
the ideal would be a software that works in 3d. but that then can manage with autocad for what concerns paper processing.

What do you use?? ath, mc4....

What's the top?

Has someone tried or uses autocad mep /revit mep ... also makes size and design or is the calculation to do with other software? ?
