restore command manager commands

Good morning to all,
something strange happened to me today on solidworks 2020;
all cards are missing from the command manager except that standard of functions (scratch, sheet etc.); also by clicking with the right no longer appear in the list; I have already tried all possible resets from customization toolbars and various but nothing... the default command manager is not restored (post before installation); Can someone tell me how I could do that?

display or cloak of commandmanager cards
to hide or display cards:
right-click a commandmanager tab, and then select tabs.
Select a tab to view it or uncheck a tab to hide it.

hi massive, I had tried but it does not work; It's like the tabs disappeared from the hidden menu. Thank you! !

as well to me in table mode, if I click with the right button and then on "cards" the curtain is empty, in part mode or together there are. They're not cloaked, they're not.
I tried to repair the installation but nothing.
