restore connection between body parts different

After copying a leotard "with connection" from one part to another, I must have done some movement in the product that broke my connection.

look in the annex the strange icon appeared in the model tree. the solid is not isolated, so I have the impression that the connection can be restored, but I couldn't find the way.

Does anyone know the way? You know what the operation caused you?

if you go to the drop-down menu, find edit and then "links".
from that window you should solve, just going to "re-point" the connected document.

what happened can happen in different ways. can also depend on the settings
that you have in the section concerning the links.
may also depend on factors not relevant to the software but, for example, the rename of a fixed disk etc...

for the moment my suggestion is to delete the body and to make another one since it was nothing but a symmetry of something you already have.

as a solution yours is certainly fast and painless, but I was more curious to solve it without cancelling, because in reality this catpart is a support that contains all the body mirrored of the product.
I put it at the bottom of the tree.

there are so many ways to have a leotard that is no longer hooked to any that, however you created that leotard (which is now disconnected) that before was tied to another body of another catpart I suppose.
So can you go back to that situation?

If yes, then you could send both the "functioning" catproduct (functioning in the links I mean) and the one with the decontextualization problem.
if you can't return to the working state then just send that right with the broken link.

If I'm not better than me, they'll be able to analyze the case and explain why you have a broken link.

thank you jari, but I can't send you the product because it is an entire injection mold for plastics of an automotive component, so I can't disclose data because they are under confidentiality contract.
also wanting the project exceeds 3 gb of size, so I do not know if it would have been possible.
In addition, I cannot create a fictitious product to post, as I do not know where the problem comes from.
