restore initial settings

Good morning, everyone.
I am new to the forum and I have some issues since yesterday with autocad. to try to restore the drop-down menus that appear for certain commands (e.g. editpl), I must have combined something and now I changed the keyboard commands.
how do I restore the initial settings?
I've already searched the forums but I haven't found anything. .
