revit 2011 how much is it worth? ?

Excuse me, but why are you so angry?
if revit is difficult, uncomfortable and unsuitable to everyday use why don't you choose a software that suits your needs? vector and archicad are two concrete and highly appreciated examples.
It seems to me that autodesk with his dwg piffer has hypnotized you and all as pecoroni to follow the dictat of autodesk mom.
I also occasionally use autocad lt but design with archicad or vector that is far from the planet for completeness and approach to architectural design.
beautiful words spoken by one who began only yesterday to work on archicad (http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showthread.php?t=23214). Have you ever used revit? I mean professionally. because I personally bother those who shoot judgments without knowing what they speak. from how praises vw and archicad would say that you have a remarkable mastery but the post I linked to you above poses great doubts.
then according to me in 2011 use a closed monoplattaforma software is obsolete to say little.
This is beautiful!! Why does archicad look like an open software?? But do you know what you're talking about or open your mouth and breath?

use your revit as well.

If you don't get the gifts, don't you?
but multiplatform means I should use more desks? That's all right.

"multiplatform", for me, means choosing software that does not continue to feed the unjust monopoly m$/autodesk.
If you do not have the courage to think independently you can choose to follow the flock and buy autodesk programs. the important thing is to be happy and convinced of your choices...! I think the most important thing is that your choice is free and unobligated!

Unfortunately today as today there are no longer half seasons, you pass from the heat to the cold so without notice or a minimum of adaptation.... however quoto tristan in everything.
problem: is the way we design Italians standardized and equal to that of the rest of the planet? answer: no, the standard does not exist! today as today no one is able to make a bim tailored to Italy. they try those vectors.... but aim is just to soften the suppost... Pill! if we do not follow first a minimum of standards, how can you think that someone can design a bim for us? with revit we are only upset because we see in him the great potential, but not properly developed for the Italian market. . .
Then don't come talk to me about multiplatform... that the apple kissed for four extra animations in the interface or style, should consider itself a valid alternative still me you have to digest it... One sits in front of the mac and... but do you know that the system is more closed from windows? or do as the divine representative says on earth lays j., or do not!
however nice to hear of multiplatform without that you mention linux.. .
We hope you don't snow, otherwise I have to put the thermal tires...

You can count on it!
If I can express an entirely personal opinion. I think you've done such a thing. Have fun with your new multiplatform toys:biggrin:
Yes, I've done a really big picture!
but it is very difficult for me to shave me. You judged my competence without knowing me and that for me, it does not honor you.

I on my mac post work with win7pro64 and with osx and if you want with linux (not use for obvious reasons). But I didn't choose to complicate my life with revit.

quoto! both in the graphic/photographic field and cad, winzozz seems to me after all a more honest mule, although little smart.
Hi.

Perhaps she is obliged to Cuban, here we still do not
Hi.

as long as we designers first hold the dwg format on hand palm, I doubt that we will get out of the monopoly. today the bim needs a true standard of universal intersambio.

I believe that as you rightly say to judge you should also know the method of working on mac in order to be able to judge its merits and defects without stopping at the usual common places.
the osx system will be even more closed than windows but if this serves to ensure its excellent stability and the inexistence of problems then the closed system is well.

Good rotten! too often I hear osx spread. I have not yet found a mac user complaining of limitations or difficulties of incompatibility. In fact, everyone I talked to who switched from windows wouldn't come back.

I don't want to crash you! You know what gives me if you use archicad instead of revit? :36_1_3:

view, 2 years on my main pc (professional hair of) never a death screen.... and I speak of view... We can say that it has excellent stability without too many limitations... And I'm talking about vision...
I rejoined green mountains.... no was a chart that worked only with the best (mac) and when I asked him in what format he wanted the drawings (raster or vector) he started to .... smoke ...
The utopians are everywhere... ddd

epa epa you are just in...cavolato con autodesk, but you know at bottom each of us would like to understand, know, use, little price, and all this enclosed in a beautiful software:frown:
Unfortunately all this is not found on the market and we, poor users, must find what approaches our needs and capabilities.
Remember life is so fast that it is not worth taking it too seriously....:4445:

I have assembled pc hardware for over 15 years and the last workstations and servers I had done for my study were granitic and they didn't beat eyelashes. with this does not mean that with osx you don't find me better.

I dug grooves because of autodesk. I studied for years 3ds from 3 when it was still descreet and then migrate to lightwave3d 5.5 until 9.6 with which I made advanced organic modeling, I know to menadito maxwell render and fprime of worley (thanks to worley I used filaments with the revolutionary hair module and made unthinkable trees with treedesign) I worked for 20 years with autocad 2d and 3d solidivo now I have already done a course of vectorworks 2011 architect and for a year I have been approaching to archicad. 100% use of its sketchup potential 7. I feel in such a position that I can give a personal opinion with the panorama of computer graphics and cad.

I forgot: I am subscribed to technical computers and applications since 1999 and to 3dprofessional always of imago.
