revit 2011 installation

Hello everyone
I have a revit 2011 installation problem on win view 32 bit.
when part of the installation crashes shadow before completing the installation of the 3.5 framework

Does anyone know how it is possible to overcome the problem?

I tried again the .net service pak crashes while the previous version installs it correctly. .

then your problem is not revit but the .net framework...how long has it not formatted the pc?
