in this specific case the user @fattidanoi to a simple "??" (I would have responded in this way because of the uselessness of the phrase "good evening I ask how you can unlock the features after the reopening of a file previously closed") has offended giving the rude to those who pointed out precisely the incomprehensible request.
and believe me from 2008 to today if they see every day of these elements, and as you will notice the interested user has disappeared in nothing without more argument.

I agree, there are many "fake accounts" in all communities/forum/social and is a plague known but difficult to identify.
