ripristinare menu "simplify"

I was trying to use the "simplify" command, but I can't find the menu:Does anyone know how to restore?

if we talk about the same thing, (see screenshot), first I have no simplify option to display- it's all visible
second it seems that this changes the tabs in the surrounded area of red, not in the menus (contorted of green.)

What's strange: my collegha has the option to view the simplify tab under measure, I do not.

It wasn't. I uploaded it and now go.
I tried to look at it first, but I was looking for it with the initial s and instead it's like "bim simplify".
I stopped looking because I wasn't sure it was an add-in to load. . .
