roller counter with double chain for drag

Save I have to renovate a roller counter with tangential chain drag (unique chain that instead of wrapping the roll sprocket works only on some teeth and is resting on a crawling plane) the chain is from 1" asa 80 , for various reasons I would like to mount z=25 twin pinions and connect the various rollers between them separate chain clips. I cannot use the duplex chain pins because two flanked chains are not there, I wanted to know if there are specific pinions on the market for this function with a distance between the 2 crowns greater than a duplex or you have to resort to a triplex pinion leaving the central crown unused, or use other methods such as weld a crown with a central hole enlarged to a single crown pinion.
