roofs with height notes

Good evening to all,

My problem is this....
I need to create a normal two-phalt rectangular roof. . . However, it is a renovation so the indications that I have are not the slope of the roof but, the measurements from the height of the rooms inside in correspondence of the intersection with the roof in the lower part and the intradox of the roof from the inside.... I have now begun to model with the perimeter roof but at the time when I want to make the heights of relief I find difficulty; especially because giving an offset for the height of the roof from the perimeter walls this takes it from the gronda... I've got it on the inside. vice versa if model without the gronda the height turns out with the offset but when I go to change adding the gronda the reference height returns to the end of the roof.... then... I tried to add points with a known quota, but this clearly changes my inclination and consequently the height in the intersection. ...

Can anyone explain to me in poor words how to act?

Thank you all!

(I'll have a little more understanding)

try to draw the roof for extrusion....the only thing you have to keep in mind is that the roof is extruded downwards of the thickness that leads to the type, so when you draw the profile you have to apply an offset equal to the thickness.
Hi.

thanks lance,
I tried the roof for extrusion.. But I'm in trouble... in the sense that I am not practical of the reference plans... Basically... When you call the roof command for extrusion asks me the reference plan and doesn't give me any view to unravel. . How do I do that?

So... .
1)design a reference plan and in its properties the checks a name.the plan will be parallel to the view you posted before, so you can work on it easily.
2)Open the above view and in the start group tab click on set. Having assigned a name now it is easy to set the plan you created as a work plan.
3)draw the roof profile....remember that it is one of the few cases where you do not need to use a closed profile as the thickness is determined by the type of roof you use.
4)created the roof you can use the grips to adjust the size in length and if you are in the presence of walls off team the joint roof command (it also works with the walls) to adjust the whole...

I hope I've been helpful
