rotate forming tool

Good morning to all

I press that I do not work very much with the sheet module
but I can't turn the embossing forming tool to make it parallel to the face, like the upper one
I can't give property in the sketch.

I attach the part, and the used forming instrument
use solidworks 2011 sp4.0
