rotation screen image with parallel lines design

I opened an old 2d design made with an old version of autocad (or bricscad); the program that I use is autocadlt 2010.
setting the object snap to track parallel lines to other obliques, I get a strange effect: rotates the whole design by bringing the snap perfectly horizontal. I find this very annoying solution, but I can't remove it.
Does anyone have any advice?

Are you sure it was made with an old version? because it seems to me the behavior of some geometric parametric bond
