rpc tree

I uploaded revit 2017 on windows 10....I noticed that a file of a park in which I had inserted various trees in the rpc family format available in the library presents me these stylized trees with the cube-shaped base and the stem in a simple line...I don't see any display option that has modified me this situation...in rendering it also doesn't make me see them....I wanted to know if it happens to you too...the other families all ok...

Hi.
I have the same problems. both with revit 2016 and revit 2017.
I tried to find a solution but in vain.
the rpc folder is there but when I try to change the properties in rendering composition the results are those of the attached images.

I haven't tried to reinstall yet. I'll try and make an attempt.

I finally solved.
with the revit reinstallation I did not get any results, but after installing archvision and its plugin,
The rpc have miraculously appeared in my project. also the link to the library directory seems to work
correctly.
Let's hope it's hard. I didn't buy the license, but the rpcs I loaded are the standard ones provided with revit, so the thing is very strange.

I hope that my experience will serve others.
