rtext command not working

Hi, I acad 2004 in Italian, typing the command testor getting

unknown command "testor". press f1 for the guide.
----

Do you need to upload an application to have this command available? ?

I would like to use this command to write the path of the file in the drawing.

try installing the express tools from the autocad cd...
