safety factor for load on seeger

I find myself to check the axial load sustainable from a seeger uni 7437 42, from tables I find that the axial load max is 42500 n.
I wonder, do there exist rules with security factors to multiply at this value?
In specific I have a static load that acts constantly over time, I hold good value 42500n as a break load?
