Gentlemen, I wanted to post a picture of our invention. . .

our company has been dealing with revisions and maintenance of machine tools for several years. Now we decided to "turn" quality jump building a machine all of our production and invention.

This machine is a drilling machine, we decided to build it because we found that our customers put a radial drill operator to do repeat drilling and threading operations.
our purpose is to build a machine that beats these processing times with a reasonable price.

this is a prototype with a racing x axis 3000 and a y of 2000 while the ram has a race of about 800mm

the movements are on guides to skates and gearboxes, except for ram (vertical axis) where we predicted a screw recirculation of spheres. .

surprises will always be there, even in the simplest things. by experience I know that who jumps for the first time in such things produces machines that if they also work, they cost twice as much as market and have half the reliability.
