"save and sost component" command does not work

I have the version 2018 of inventor and often happens that the command "Save and Sost. Component" does not work, a message "impossible to save and subt. component" appears, I do not understand the reasons, also because I have always used it since this command came out and never gave me this problem. I tried to change my mind, but it doesn't depend on that. I'll tell you more, I did the test on the last file together where I encountered the problem, and now I don't do it anymore, in the sense that I tried the command and now it works.
In fact it is not a constant, sometimes I have the problem other not.
I don't know, that the problem is connected to the vault? to the file I tried I checked in-out.

Does 1.2 include down 1 or should I install 1.1?
If the answer is yes, then should I reinstall the 1.2?
