are a self-taught user ... is there a correct way to store files?
I hold them all in a single area (projects, parts, assemblies, drawings, etc.) and then on the basis of the project I use the program find the necessary ones?
I divide into folders according to the project I use?

depends...or you have a db. If you don't have a db you can create a folder for the project when you open an inventor linked to the current project, he thinks about storing everything in there. for libraries I suggest you have a general folder and create links in the project.

at the moment no db .. if I understood well with the passing of time I will have n° projects, and to every detail will correspond a caretlla with the relative data .
Right?
