save format in 2000 size

i autocad mechanical 2013 if save a filewith such format without anything inside is around 120kb
if except in 2000 raddobbia..240 kb normal?

the fact that double does not mean that a file that weighs 2.5 mega in the 2013 version becomes 5 mega in the 2000 version. Maybe the difference always remains of those 120/200 mega. then it is important to always clean the file before saving it.

try zipping a file format 2000, you will get a file of about half
try zipping a file format 2013, you will get a file about 95% of the source.
but it's not written anywhere, just do 2 tests to verify. . .

not only, the latest versions of the program, saving as more dated versions, drastically reduce the size of the files.
large layouts of 100 and more mb made, purged and saved in 2014, if you reopen with 2016, purged and saved in 2014, also reduce to 1/3 or 1/4 of the original.
