save in dwg

good morning, from a few days I can no longer get the tables in dwg with the correct colors. I use the mapping file as I seem to have always done, but I attach some pictures to explain myself.

What have I done? ! ?

the two yellow and green colors in the color column of the mapping I put them this morning and I can't remove them. . .

Find the old mapping file and replace what you just created....
